Coach Suki will reach out to you directly with a list of questions that will be sent ahead of time. The questions help understand the players mentality and goal regarding soccer. This will serve as an introductory call and help both the parent and the coach understand if Clinical Finishing Co. is the right program for you.

2) Evaluation:

After the phone call and if there’s interest, the next step is a player evaluation. This is a 1 on 1 session where Coach Suki works directly with the player. The session will not involve any coaching but a set of drills and explanations pertaining to the drills.

What is he looking for?

• Technical Ability

• Understanding drills and showing curiosity

• Finishing Touch

• Work Rate

This will also serve as a session that the parent or player might have.

3) Post Session Analysis:

You will receive a document with notes pertaining to the session. The document will express the players strengths, weaknesses, and any other call outs. After the evaluation, the parent and player will be offered a group session with information of which players are involved with a pre-set date and time. These group sessions are recurring for a 12-week period.

4) Final Steps:

After everything has been discussed, the parent/player will be added to the Members App where they can book sessions and reserve their spots in the weekly trainings.
